Our client is a well-established, growing architectural/engineering firm in need of licensed Architects.
The applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered architect in Texas. Along with the following:
-Technical detailing experience
-Working knowledge of Autocad and Revit
Assist with client interface and maintenance
-Assist in business development and presentations
-Code and regulatory research, investigation, and interpretation
-Coordination skills with in-house disciplines of Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural, and MEP Engineering
-Management of architectural teams and projects through all phases from programming/schematic design to construction administration
Significant project responsibilities include managing multiple projects in-house, and overseeing the full spectrum of marketing, concept development, schematic design, preparation of construction documents and construction administration.
