Institute financial procedures and controls
Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence
Examine, evaluate, and process invoices or bills for services rendered Requirements - Skilled in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics experience required
Billing experience
Billing Functions experience preferred
Solid understanding of Yardi
Proficiency in Microsoft Great Plains Accounting
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding data entry skills
