The team is responsible for designing the future data environment, defining data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. This team also provides next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies and help meet our commitment to satisfy our customers’ financial needs.As part of the Enterprise Data Remediation (EDR) team, members are an important part of the overall DMI data management framework. EDR provides support to Line of Business and functional support teams to remediate high priority data issues by designing and implementing solutions for collecting, managing, and consuming data in a manner consistent with the DMI data strategy. This position will report directly to the EDR Business Execution Lead and provide horizontal support for reporting and analysis across EDR.Primary responsibilities within this role include, but are not limited to:

Develop, implement, and maintain strategic reporting processes and dashboard views for EDR program reporting requirements utilizing workflow and BI tools (JIRA, Tableau).

Provide communication of requirements, training, and guidance to ensure socialization and implementation of any new and/or changing tools, operational processes, reporting policies, procedures, or practices

Create and maintain reporting schedule, organize logistics for preparation meetings, and work with teams to ensure deadlines are met

Lead or support the review of operational processes across EDR to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency

Understand the reporting and tooling infrastructure and architecture for EDR

Develop, gather, and report on EDR performance measures

Engage with remediation teams, DMI teams, and business partners to develop reports for various levels of management and audiences

Ensure consistency and accuracy throughout all reporting materials and adherence to brand standards

Partner with EDR Communications, Intake, and Controls teams to integrate reporting into collateral, portfolios, and communications strategies

Lead the preparation and publication of materials for various levels of management on business performance and EDR progress. Includes supporting the preparation of enterprise governance and committee reporting materials, stakeholder updates, regulatory committees, monthly status, and adhoc reporting

Additional responsibilities may include: Supporting BAU communications and EDR operational processes.A successful candidate will possess a strong blend of project management/coordination, analytical and business problem solving skills with a heavy focus on quality, accuracy, rapid delivery and business user interaction. They must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, provide the levels of support as requested, have appropriate interpersonal communications skills to be able to work well in either collaborative or independent working environments, ensure processes are in place to quickly adjust when changes occur, and lead by example.Required Qualifications:

6+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience

4+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience or a combination of both

3+ years of data visualization experience

3+ years of experience with Jira software, Confluence software or combination of both

3+ years of data collection and reporting experience

2+ years of consultative business analysis experience

Desired Qualifications:

2 + years of Confluence WikiD experience

Experience using the team collaboration software Confluence

Infrastructure experience

3+ years of banking or financial operations experience

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
