Shift: Monday – Friday, 8-Hour Day Shift (Flexible, 40 hours/week)We are seeking a curious, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. Serving as a key problem-solver for our site, you will ensure equipment reliability and operational uptime by troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on production machinery. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment while connecting with contractors and operators to keep our facility running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, assemble, adjust, and repair production machinery, including laminators, converting equipment, and robotics.Perform preventative maintenance and root-cause troubleshooting using maintenance ticketing software.Serve as the main site contact for facility maintenance (HVAC, loading docks) and collaborate with external contractors.Diagnose electrical issues using a multimeter, read electrical schematics, and terminate wiring (up to 220V).Manage spare parts inventory, order replacements, and train operators on upgraded equipment.Safely operate forklifts and power tools while maintaining safety and quality standards.
