MS Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect - Dallas, TX - $130k

Our client, a global firm and Microsoft Gold partner, is seeking a Solutions Architect to join its MS Dynamics CRM projects. The person in this role will be responsible for reviewing client business process, improving efficiency by re-engineering the client's processes, and handling the functional tasks required for a successful CRM implementation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a D365 Solutions Architect and has a background handling enterprise call center technology. This role is remote, with travel as needed (up to 50%) to client sites and to the HQ in Irvine, CA.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Create functional requirements and functional design for customizations


• Be a SME for MS Dynamics to provide expertise to clients and mentor team members


• Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing


• Handle data migration from external systems into the CRM


• Understand business requirements and conduct business process analyses


• Conduct user and administrator training


• Other responsibilities as needed

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or similar field


• 4 or more years of MS Dynamics CRM experience


• Experience with call center technology and systems


• Hands-on experience with designing or administering MS Dynamics


• Experience with report writing, installation, configuration, and customizations with MS Dynamics CRM
