This is a Project Management opportunity for Marketing Professionals who love to liaise with teams and oversee the Delivery of the product.

The office of Annual Giving and Alumni Relations is seeking an experienced project manager to coordinate the timeline and project organization for COMPANY Giving Day, the University's 24-hour comprehensive fundraising challenge. Working closely with the Annual Giving and Alumni Relations team and taking lead from the Director of Strategy and Planning, the project manager will facilitate the process for inputting and managing comprehensive COMPANY Giving Day logistics through the database, serve as the primary recruitment and relationship manager for a minimum of 150 participating funding designations (causes) across the University and coordinate the development of the giving day website and email framework using the Advance! software platform.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
        • Manage and facilitate execution of a tactical timeline and calendar for COMPANY Giving Day built in Timeline includes steps for:
          • Project/cause recruitment, asset collection and website proofing
          • Creative asset development
          • Promotional marketing plan
          • Social ambassador recruitment and activation plan
          • Matching gift solicitation
          • Day-of challenges and competitions
          • Local and regional events
          • Donor stewardship
          • Data management and analytics strategy
        • Support weekly team meetings to ensure all giving day projects are complete on time and within scope
        • Communicate with AGAR teammates and any external partners to keep everyone aware of project status
        • Efficiently manage communication with 150+ contacts for participating funds/causes to collect creative assets, projects descriptions and giving information to feature on the COMPANY Giving Day website, tracking all progress in
        • Assist in uploading of creative assets (i.e., photos, video, and other content) for up to 150 funds on Advance! website, tracking completed progress in
        • Organize all giving day creative assets and marketing deliverables in
        • Coordinate with project ambassadors to acquire and publish additional creative assets and/or prospective donor lists. This may include facilitating social media posts with volunteers and COMPANY staff, sharing pre-produced email assets and graphics as needed
        • As needed, support AGAR teammates in building promotional emails in Advance! platform
        • Aid in day-of (March 7) on-campus execution and event activity
        • Manage all asset archiving in and on Box

The contract period for this project runs October 1, 2022 thru April 31, 2023 , estimating 30 hours per week.

Associates degree or higher - preferred

Professional project management experience - required, certification preferred

Experience with the project management software (Asana, Airtable, others) - required, - highly preferred

Experience with content management systems (i.e. Wordpress, Sitecore, etc)- required

Mass email production and execution (i.e., using tools such as Mailchimp, Emma, Constant Contact) - required

Web development - preferred

Experience with nonprofit fundraising, particularly giving days - highly preferred

Must have two years' work experience, preferably within a marketing environment
