Join our operations team as a Digital Print & Production Specialist. In this role, you will manage digital data files, operate specialized laser printing equipment, and stage production workflows to ensure high-quality delivery for our customers. You will work closely with facility leaders and production teams to keep work moving smoothly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesPrint & Production Execution: Process data files and operate laser printing equipment to accurately produce customer orders on schedule.Workflow & Material Management: Monitor production schedules, log materials using our ERP system, and manage job priorities to minimize waste and keep orders flowing.Quality Control & Compliance: Perform regular sample checks to ensure output meets strict quality and color standards. Maintain accurate digital and physical job logs.Team Collaboration: Communicate daily job schedules and customer updates with supervisors and project coordinators.Equipment & Safety: Assist with basic machine maintenance, notify service technicians when needed, and maintain a safe, organized workspace using required PPE.
