Family owned and operated Italian Market and Deli in Denton, is seeking an Assistant Manager. Must have experience in Front and Back of House, grocery store retail a plus. Experience with inventory, ordering, P&L, cost controls, vendor interactions, resourcing, organized, multi-tasker, Safe Serve Certified Manager or willing to obtain, great with supervising staff, good communicator, pro-active, can work with minimal supervision, can follow policies and procedures and can assist in the growth of the business. Also must be outgoing, great with customers and staff, problem solver, thinks on their feet, experienced with POS and back office systems. Knowledge of wines and Italian foods a plus!
