We are looking for a Catering Attendant for a client in Dallas. This is a temp to hire position and requires working onsite 40 hours per week. This is on a Corporate campus and the schedule is Monday - Friday - 6 AM - 3PM.
The main job duties will be –
1. Restocking and maintaining the salad/sandwich bar,
2. Walk around the office area and grab dishes on a cart and take them to the different drop stations
3. Mostly working in the café maintaining and refilling stations and taking food temperatures
This is a customer facing position and requires a food handler permit and a high level of customer service.
Additional position duties include, but are not limited to the following -
Catering Attendants -
Event Preparation: Ride with an internal employee in a catering truck to functions, assemble and deliver food and supplies, set up tables, decorations, and buffet displays according to standards.
Event Service: Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring friendly and courteous service. Maintain knowledge of menu items and products on hand.
Event Cleanup: Thoroughly clean the event area during and after the event, breaking down setups and ensuring the area is left neat and clean.
Equipment and Facility Maintenance: Return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner. Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment.
Food Safety: Log and maintain food temperatures and follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
