Our Fence Installation company is looking for someone who is great at building relationships quickly to join our sales team!
Customers don’t buy from companies, they buy from people. We believe that female bartenders have the skill set needed to quickly build relationships with potential customers.
Currently the home services industry is dominated by men and a woman can completely disrupt the game!
Compensation: $500 per week during the 2 week training period. 5% commission on all sales that you close after training.
Experienced sales reps have earned between $50k and $100k per year, but we anticipate that this new direction in sales can result in over $100k! You will write your own paycheck based on how well you build relationships!
Job Description: the company will provide paid leads. You will attend appointments with customers to help understand their fencing needs and provide estimates for the project. When there are gaps between paid lead appointments, you will create organic leads through networking and canvassing with door hangers.
Training: watching training videos and on the job training taking appointments with the General Manager (who is also a female!)
Location: we service Dallas and all of the suburbs on the East side. No physical location to report to, just showing up to customer’s homes.
You can keep your bartending job at the same time! We can come to an agreement on your availability and canvassing expectations.
