Position: Italian Chef
Role Overview:
As the Italian Chef at Another Time & Place Grille, you will be the heart of our kitchen, creating exquisite dishes that delight and inspire our guests. Your responsibilities will include designing and preparing a variety of Italian meals, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a diverse menu of traditional and contemporary Italian dishes.
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Ensure the highest quality and consistency in every dish served.
Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Collaborate with restaurant management to create special menus and promotions.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an Italian Chef or in a similar role.
Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine and culinary techniques.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
A passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
