Plano Hiring Rate: $13.00–$14.50/hr (Up to $18.00/hr with tips!)
What You’ll Do:
As a Hospitality Specialist, you’ll be the face of Luna Grill, ensuring every guest leaves happy by:
Welcoming and engaging with guests to create “Raving Fans”
Taking food & beverage orders with accuracy and care
Delivering orders quickly and with a smile
Answering menu questions and recommending our fan favorites
Working with the kitchen team to meet guest requests
Keeping the dining room, service area & restrooms spotless
Monitoring the guest experience and resolving issues promptly
