Kitchen Manager

The Point Pub and Grill is your neighborhood's best pub and grill. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team in Keller/Fort Worth, TX. As a Kitchen Manager you will oversee the kitchen operations, ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, culinary expertise, and the ability to manage a small team of 4-6 employees.

Responsibilities:

Plan and develop special menus.

Supervise and participate in food preparation.

Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Implement kitchen policies and procedures.

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to food quality and service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Effective communication skills to interact with staff, suppliers, and customers.

Additional Skills:

Creative menu planning and food presentation skills.

Ability to analyze food costs and manage budgets effectively.
