Must be 18 years and older to applyNOW HIRING:
Suite SupervisorPosition OverviewPrior to the Event:Input dessert cart GOS and ensure variance percentages are accurate.
Create runner line-ups for the event.
Ensure office is stocked with black table cloths and white towels.
Check with manager for any special projects.
Conduct runner pre-shift.
Oversee and assist with the loading and distributing of food/sauces/crumbs to ensure that all of the necessary product and equipment are being dropped.
Assist attendants in setting up their suite (if necessary).
Conduct a preliminary walkthrough with stadium report.
Circle back through all pantry locations to ensure they are ready for proper operation.During The Event:Oversee team ensuring that all orders are properly put together with all condiments, side items and equipment.
Assist with the delivery of hot and cold food.
Oversee the runners' duties to ensure our success for that days game.
Assist the pantry leads with taking orders during high volume.
Conduct suite visits to ensure all guests have been serviced.
Inform Managers of any guest requests or complaints.
Help answer incoming calls from the guests during peak times.After The Event:Final check of all areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Look over sauce and crumb inventories to determine the req needs for the following event.
Check all suites for cleanliness and locked cabinets.
Make sure all pantries are locked.
