This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook role located in Midlothian, TX at Union 28 Wine & Taphouse. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards. The role also involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed.
