Job Overview:
ChixnWangz, LLC is looking for a reliable and motivated Mobile Food Unit Manager to help transport and operate our food trailer at events. This role requires someone with their own truck capable of towing a 6,500 lbs. trailer, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food service environment.
Responsibilities:
- Transport our food trailer to scheduled events safely and on time
- Set up and break down the trailer at each location
- Operate the food trailer, including cooking, taking orders, and handling payments
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and operating equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the trailer before, during, and after shifts
- Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
- Communicate with event coordinators and ChixnWangz management regarding schedules and logistics
Requirements:
- Must own a truck capable of towing a 6,500 lbs. trailer
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experience in food service, catering, or mobile food operations is preferred
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes high-temperature environment
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
