Seeking experienced Line Cooks, Sushi Chefs, Rotisserie Cooks, Prep Cooks and Dish washers to join the new team.
The Line Cook will play an important role in the day-to-day operations in our kitchen by preparing a variety of dishes and collaborating with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Line Cook in a high-paced establishment
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with a variety of kitchen equipment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen while still producing high-quality dishes
- Dedication to health and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Responsibilities:
- Prep and cook appetizers, entrees, and desserts as instructed by executive chef
- Follow directions regarding food preparation and presentation
- Complete all tasks assigned by the executive chef in a timely manner
- Clean kitchen equipment and adhere to sanitary requirements
