We are looking for fun, highly motivated, honest, responsible club staff to work nights in our local upscale nightclub. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of what makes GREAT customer service. A leader with a personality that draws out the best in people!
Nightclub experience is a plus but not necessary. We will train first time candidates who are self-motivated, success orientated with positive, can-do, winning attitudes.
Nightclub Staff responsibilities include:
Overseeing the nightly success of the nightclub
Continually striving to give the best customer service
Building and promoting teamwork through proactive interaction
Ensuring opening and closing duties are followed
To become successful in this role, one must have the following:
Effective verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service, time management, and organization skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
The ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.
Necessary Skills & Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license
Ability to maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to the Company standards
