Kolache Factory is coming soon in McKinney area! We are now hiring for all shifts of baker lead/baker associates/cashiers for their production team to help make and sell our famous kolaches, coffee & sweets. No previous baking experience required, and we will train you. Weekly Pay a plus. Must be able to communicate with customers in English, and have the ability to multi-task. Must work efficiently and most importantly come with a friendly, here-to-serve attitude!
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, breads, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute catering orders as needed.
Package baked goods for sale or distribution, ensuring presentation meets company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management for timely replenishment.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work early morning hours (3am start for bakery staff)
Must be able to work weekends ( Saturday & Sunday)
Must be able to count change
Good customer communication skills
Some heavy lifting required
Must speak English; bi-lingual (English & Spanish) is a
