DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house, including tables, counters, floors, windows and beverage stations, ensuring areas are properly prepped before service and maintained during peak times.
Safely transports dishes and utensils from front of house to kitchen using trays, bus tubs or carts while following proper safety procedures and protocols.
Performs dishwashing duties including washing dishes, glasses, and pots by hand or machine, while maintaining high sanitation standards and ensuring complete cleanliness.
Assists with receiving heavy deliveries from dock and transporting them to storage areas, following safe lifting standards and proper handling procedures.
Maintains cleanliness of display equipment and ensures compliance with all safety and sanitation standards during meal service periods.
Follows HACCP standards for food safety, including proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures.
REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of relevant experience required
Ability to follow safety protocols including wearing proper PPE like cut gloves, oven mitts, and slip-resistant shoes
Physical ability to lift and transport heavy items safely
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards
Reliable transportation to work location: Amex Centurion Lounge - Dallas, TX
Available to work full-time schedule (5:30 am - 2:00 pm, days may vary)
Must maintain commitment to personal safety and safety of others
