The Manager will be responsible for building, motivating and leading our team of new employees. Provide a fun and motivating culture helping our team meet or exceed our sales and profit goals. Oversee operations and ensure our customers are provided with a clean environment, quality products and an exceptional experience! The Manager must be a growth oriented team player willing work under and support the General Manager.
- Effectively delegate tasks to Rainbow Cone staff and supervise their performance
- Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding quality and service to our guests
- Lead team and help staff resolve on-the-job challenges
- Help conduct employee interviews and evaluations
- Maintain a fully-stocked inventory and order supplies, as needed
- Coordinate with suppliers as they deliver product orders
- Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle customer complaints
- Balance the cash register at the end of the shift
- Open or close the restaurant (when responsible for first or last shift)
- Communicate with other managers regarding pending tasks
- Effectively ensure all policies, procedures, and controls are properly maintained
- Monitor and report all maintenance and training needs of the operation and staff
- Maintain cleanliness of the operation and ensure all requirements of the Health Board are consistently attained
- Ensure all areas of the operation are in orderly condition and inspection ready at all times
