Seeking IMMEDIATE HIRE for A hookah server. Must be able to greet customers, take orders, and prepare and serve hookahs.
Responsibilities
Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations
Taking orders: Take orders for food, drinks, and hookahs
Preparing hookahs: Pack bowls with tobacco, set up hookahs, and maintain the hookah station
Delivering orders: Deliver food and drinks to tables
Cleaning: Clean the hookah station, tables, lounge, and restrooms
Handling payments: Process payments using a point-of-sale system
Handling complaints: Handle customer requests and complaints in a professional manner
Other considerations:
Maintain a positive attitude
Be organized and neat
Be enthusiastic about helping customers
Be knowledgeable about the menu and beverage options
Ensure the quality of the customer smoking experience
Follow company policies regarding shisha preparation
Hourly: $15
Plus Commision on each hookah sold

Thursday 7pm to 12am
Friday 7pm to 2am
Saturday 12pm to 7pm & 7pm to 2am
