Aggies Restaurant, a popular, high-volume African restaurant that has been around for 14 years, is looking for a sous chef to help our chef supervise the daily back-of-house operations with a cheery attitude. Responsibilities include creating daily specials, managing and directing food prep and cooking, working the line, and complying with safety and cleanliness standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with management at all levels, help manage, motivate and inspire our small kitchen team, and ensure our customers have a pleasant dining experience, with all plates properly cooked and served on time. Work schedule includes day, evenings and weekends.
