Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused, and proactive team member to join our shop! This role is a mix of front desk customer service and back-of-house support in the kitchen. Cleaning is the biggest part of the job, so we need someone who takes pride in keeping everything spotless and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer service at the front desk
Take and package customer orders (in-store and over the phone)
Assist in the kitchen with frosting cupcakes and making empanadas
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, front of house, and kitchen (cleaning is the #1 priority)
Restock supplies and assist team members as needed
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Other duties as assigned — responsibilities may evolve over time depending on business needs and customer demand
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required (food service preferred)
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
Friendly, positive attitude with great communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
