Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly, take food and beverage orders, and follow established service steps.
- Deliver food efficiently, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
- Understand menu items and advise guests on food and drink pairings.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Assist with special events as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
