Job Title: Live-In Home Care Provider

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, respectful, and experienced Live-In Care Provider to support and care for our resident(s) in a safe and comfortable home environment. This individual will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our resident(s) by assisting with daily activities, preparing nutritious meals, and offering companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assist with mobility and light exercise
Administer medications as directed
Prepare and serve healthy, balanced meals
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
Communicate respectfully and compassionately with the resident(s) and family members
Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
Offer companionship and emotional support
Maintain daily care records as required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in home health care or similar caregiving role
Ability to cook and prepare meals according to dietary needs
Strong communication skills with a respectful and compassionate demeanor
Patience, reliability, and attentiveness
Ability to live on-site full-time during work days
Must pass background check and provide references
