Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Responsibilities:
As a Caregiver in our residential assisted living home, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to our residents. Your primary duties will include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitoring and administering medications according to individual care plans.
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met.
Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for residents.
Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and the caregiving team.
Qualifications:
Compassionate and patient with a genuine interest in the well-being of others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with a team.
