Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you assist. Your responsibilities will include personal care, laundry, help with the bathroom, and monitoring patient health to ensure their well-being. All applicants must be able to pass a background check and have a reliable form of transportation.
Duties
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status to the appropriate personnel.
Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment.
Assist clients with mobility, including lifting and transferring when necessary.
Requirements
Previous experience in a group home or similar caregiving environment is preferred.
Familiarity with working with the elderly.
Certification in CPR is highly desirable.
Knowledge of basic medical procedures, including taking vital signs.
Ability to lift and assist clients as needed while ensuring their safety.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans effectively.
