We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with elderly patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Administer medications as directed by the nurse
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility, and be able to operate a HOYER LIFT.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
- Active nursing assistant certification in the state of employment
- Experience working with older adults, children, special needs, and behavioral health patients preferred
- Comfortable with gastric lavage, airway management, and sterile processing
