Position Title:
Live-In Direct Care Staff (4 Days On / 3 Days Off)

Location:
Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (specific home addresses will be provided during hiring)
Schedule:
4 days on / 3 days off live-in schedule
Rotation may include weekends
Staff will remain on-site during their “on” days
Compensation:
$100–$150 per day, based on level of care and experience
Meals and lodging included during live-in shifts
Responsibilities:
Provide daily assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meal preparation
Monitor and administer medications according to the care plan
Document services and complete logs (Service Delivery Logs, MARs, incident reports)
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery preparation
Support clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in maintaining independence, safety, and social engagement
Respond appropriately to behaviors or emergencies in accordance with training and policies
Qualifications:
CNA, DSP, or Caregiver experience preferred (HCS experience a plus)
Must be at least 18 years old with valid ID
Clear criminal background check and CPR/First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
