We are currently seeking a motivated EHS Technician for a starting position, with an opportunity for promotion to Crew Lead, to join our team.
Suitable candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for staff and patients.
All candidates should be able to speak English fluently.
General Requirements:
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safely operate cleaning equipment.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift and transport 50 lbs.
Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, TB test, and have a current flu vaccine.
Key Responsibilities (Starting position):
Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation in multiple healthcare environments.
Disinfect and deodorize hard surfaces.
Utilize, Transport, and store cleaning products and equipment.
Key Responsibilities (Crew Lead):
Ensure team members are following schedules and protocols, and time tracking for fellow team members
Communicate effectively with the healthcare facility management and General Contractors to ensure team performance meets quality expectations.
Oversee and coordinate the work of a small team of cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Supervise and ensure adherence to infection control and cleaning protocols for a healthcare facility.
Report any maintenance or safety concerns to facility management or supervisor.
Inventory management.
Post cleaning inspections and reporting.
Onboarding and training of future technicians in cleaning standards.
