Dermatology company has an opening for a Front Desk/Medical Receptionist temp to perm in Prosper, TX. Greet clients and provide customer service. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and manger calendars. Organized, personable and can work in a fast-paced environment. Must have prior Front Desk Cosmetics or Med Spa experience. Assist clients with necessary forms and documentation. Manage inventory and reordering of retail products and supplies. Microsoft Office, ability to multitask, organized, problem solving skills and Knowledge of cosmetic treatments and services is preferred. High School diploma. Pay $20-$22.
