West Plano Pediatric office seeking experienced Medical Front Office/Medical Assistant to aid in all front and back office operations. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, energetic individual that is able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. Candidate must have excellent computer and communication skills and knowledge of accounts receivables. Experience with WinMedStat system is a plus.
Primary responsiblities include but are not limited to:
Appointment scheduling, register and enter all patient demographics, check-in/check-out patients. Maintain record and accounts, filing, maintaining office supply inventory. Room patients, vitals, run lab test (strep, flu, COVID, etc.) draw up and administer injections. Phone Triage, Stock exam rooms.
