RESUME MUST HAVE RECEPTIONIST ON IT
Greet clients with a professional and friendly demeanor
Manage a high-volume appointment calendar appoints for Dermatology practice
Educate clients on dermatological services
Process client payments and maintain daily transaction records
Coordinate with aestheticians, RNs, and medical directors to ensure timely service delivery
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal confidentiality protocols
Upsell monthly promotions and retail products, boosting revenue and client engagement
Previous experience working at a front desk in a DERMATOLOGY is a PLUS
SALARY 19.00 - 20.00
