Needing the following:
Monthly visit - $150 per visit
Assessments(Q and A) - $175 per assessment (Standard form 17 pages)
Presently seeking a candidate to do assessments immediately for consumers within the Garland area.
PPE provided
Must have current RN license
Must pass background check.
May fill and submit applications remotely but ID verification is mandatory
