General qualifications-
Mature individuals who demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, reliability, professionalism, positive attitude and compassion
Experience with senior population
Willingness and Ability to assist with dressing, bathing, etc.
Attention to detail
Valid ID and reliable transportation- must live within 20 miles of service area
Must be able to pass a comprehensive and extensive background check and verifiable references
