We are looking for an individual that is friendly, hard working and has a strong desire for helping people in a fun fast paced working environment. Our office is privately owned and not corporate.
No experience required! We will train on all aspects of our business as long as the right candidate is Upbeat, Personable and has good understanding of giving best customer service in person and on the phone. I guarantee this will be a CHALLENGING position, but the candidate chosen will have an awesome team and many tools to help their success.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
The main roles of the team member is to:
-Be a great asset to our team and practice by having excellent customer service and willingness to learn specific skills for your position.
-Facilitate comprehensive patient care
-This is a clinical position where you will assist the dentist in day to day functions.
-Handling multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits (will train), enter patient demographics, patient history & check in, cleaning and other duties as required. (opportunity for advancement available)

-Begin assignments without prompting, be able to organize and prioritize work.
-Report to scheduled work shifts in a dependable and timely fashion.
Requirements: No felonies. There will be a 90 day probation period, and then you will qualify for bonus structure and paid time off (vacation). Position is full time; 4 days 10hr shifts/ Thursday and weekend off. We do open 1 Saturday a month, which is required.
