Bilingual Maintenance Technician
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete handyman and warehouse improvement projects such as repairs, landscaping, flooring, carpentry, etc.
Perform and document basic inspection and maintenance completed
Organize and manage equipment required to complete daily tasks
Use equipment safely and according to instruction
Report maintenance requirements, potential equipment failures and unsafe conditions to management
Perform tasks assigned by leads and assist the team in completing the work
Qualifications:
Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry
Such as Lawn Equipment-Hand Tools Etc.
Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
Work schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, Overtime hours if needed
Must Be able to work outside in the heat for Land Scaping at times.
Pay- $20 Per Hr.
