1st shift pay is $20.00-8AM-4:15PM
2nd shift pay is $21.00-4:15PM-12Midnight
3rd shift pay is $22.00-12Midnight-8:15AM
Climate Controlled Warehouse - 72 degrees all the time
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Testing products for safety, capacities, compliance, and performance.
Examining and investigating specific aspects and components of products in question.
Compiling reports on findings and testing data gathered.
Providing recommendations and advice to relevant stakeholders.
Maintaining lab and testing equipment regularly.
Discussing findings with other team members.
Implementing changes in testing protocols as required.
Consulting with senior management about testing results.
Reporting any issues through the appropriate channels.
Recommending technical and procedural additions to test processes
2+ years of direct experience working in automated assembly involving all or some of the following processes: SMT, through hole, adhesive dispense, automated assembly, ultrasonic welding.
Hands on experience with optimizing processes and automated equipment
Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
Ability to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up atmosphere.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
