We're looking for folks to join our Christmas light install team. The season starts with training in mid October and runs through the first week of December. Then we return in January to take the lights down. There will be an opportunity to stay on with the pressure washing and window cleaning side of the business for top players.
This is a performance pay position where you are paid a percentage of the cost of each job. The more jobs you knock out, the more you make. A proficient installer will make between $25-$50 and hour plus bonuses and tips. Yes, you can make $50 an hour!
Experience is a plus but training will still be provided to ensure continuity. The ideal installer enjoys working outside at a fast pace, can represent the brand well, and is serious about making money.
Requirements:
Comfortable on ladders as you'll be installing lights on roofs and trees.
Ability to speak English.
Valid driver's license with no accidents or speeding tickets in the last two years.
Ability to get to the shop in Garland on time.
