Our client is seeking 50+ cleaning agents to join their growing local company. They intend on signing up agents for a 3-year contract, which will include working at various sites across DFW. Terms are as follows:
Rate: $1960 per month
Time: 10am- 6pm
Service Days: Mon thru Fri
Daily Responsibilities include:
ENTRY/LOBBY: Clean interior entry doors, removing all fingerprints and smudges. Sweep/Mop entryway daily. Dust all displays and sanitize light fixtures and surfaces.
OFFICES/CONFERENCE ROOMS: Dust and wipe finger/handprints on all tabletops and desks in offices and common areas. Dust cubicle tops, phones, and computer monitors/TVs. Be sure to check copy machines, entry doors, and glass panels in private and public spaces. Dump trash and replace liners. Vacuum floor minimum weekly or as needed
DTT ROOMS: Clean/sanitize all furnishings. Vacuum OR Mop floor daily. Clean glass inserts, removing all fingerprints.
STAFF LOUNGE and NET EATS & CRAFTS: Clean/sanitize kitchen countertops and sink. Empty sink by loading dishwasher and starting. Put away all dried dishes in cabinets. Clean and polish faucets and position in a straight manner. Dish soaps, sponges and towels should be positioned neatly behind the sink or counter. Clean interior microwave and polish exterior appliances. Clean table, check for fallen debris under the table and position chairs. Replace paper towel in dispensers. Dump all trash and replace liners.
RESTROOMS: Clean/Sanitize bathrooms daily. Polish toilet bowl, back, and sides removing particles and dust. Dust railings/tissue dispensers and replace tissue when roll has 25 percent or less. Replenish soap and paper towels in all restrooms. Thoroughly sweep and mop daily.
The client needs people to start July 1st, but they could push back the start date a week or two if needed.
