About the Role
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as subcontractors. This role focuses on sanitizing high-touch surfaces in professional and medical environments, including dental offices, law firms, and small medical clinics. Work is primarily evenings after 6 PM, with steady, ongoing contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and disinfect high-touch areas (door handles, light switches, countertops, patient chairs, restrooms, reception areas, etc.).
Follow strict cleaning and disinfection protocols (CDC/OSHA aligned).
Use commercial-grade cleaning products safely and effectively.
Travel to client sites in the Dallas area.
Complete work independently and on time.
Report any safety hazards, supply needs, or issues promptly.
Requirements
At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience (dental/medical preferred but not required).
Must have reliable transportation (car required).
Ability to work evenings (some accounts may include weekends).
Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional.
Compensation
Subcontractor pay per account (equivalent to $20–$25/hr depending on site).
Steady, recurring work — not one-time gigs.
