Clean Crew USA has proudly partnered with over 30 custom home builders in and around Tarrant County, specializing in post-construction cleaning, ensuring newly built homes are move-in ready. Our services include interior cleaning of windows, all surfaces and floors as well as exterior pressure washing when needed.
To support our continued growth, we are hiring crew members with opportunities to advance to crew leader positions. As a crew leader, you will oversee a team and drive a company-provided truck. Advancement is based on performance, reliability, and leadership ability.
Position: Crew Member to potential Crew Leader
Type: W9/1099 Independent Contractor
Requirements:
Must live in Tarrant County (South Fort Worth area is a plus)
Valid Texas driver’s license and insurable driving record (for crew leadership)
Ability for men to climb and work on 2–3 story extension ladders
Comfortable working at heights
Smartphone with GPS capability
Willing to submit to random drug screenings
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
Honest, dependable, and professional demeanor
Strong communication and people skills
No serious criminal background involving violent, financial, or theft-related crimes (other backgrounds may be discussed)
