Job Title: Airbnb Housekeeper and Inventory Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to maintain our Airbnb property and assist with inventory management. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and flexible working conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas
- Documenting damages or missing items for claims
- Maintaining an organized inventory of supplies and amenities
- Reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Transporting supplies as needed (must have a car)
- Willingness to take on additional properties as required
Qualifications:
- Prior cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to accurately document and report items
- Positive attitude and effective communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement and a non-compete agreement
Compensation:
- $10 hourly rate
- 1099 employment status for tax purposes
- W9 form required for tax documentation
