Job Duties:Ability to multi-task and prioritize situations in a fast-paced environment (load-planning/dispatching/customer service)Communicate with drivers to make sure they are meeting the loads on time to pick up/deliver (adjust any plans if necessary to meet service needs if there is a change with the load or if any breakdowns occur lateness, driver hours available, etc.).Provide detailed instruction to drivers on their load informationKnowledge of multi-state geographyEnter truck, driver, and load information to software and spreadsheetsMust speak English Bilingual is a plusProficiency in MS Office; Excel, Word, OutlookMust be organized, disciplined and neatMust have transportation to get to work (Work in office not from home)Work schedule:5pm - 5am every Wednesday - Thursday and every other Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
