A growing national company is looking for a motivated individual to join our team of drywall repair specialists. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in drywall repair, texture, and paint- is detail oriented, articulate, outgoing, personable and presentable, and can guide other technician to follow a specific process to perform quality drywall repairs. This job will focus on the Central Dallas (Downtown) and North/Northeast areas.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The operator is expected to have extensive experience in drywall repair, drywall instillation, or general home repair; as well as experience managing a business or work crews. Candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspect of the project, including scheduling, operational details, ordering supplies, and follow-up.
The operator will be responsible for checking in on team of technicians in various locations throughout the duration of the project. The manager/operator requires good communication skills to provide project status to the customer and progress reports to the business owner.
Pay based on experience and qualifications. Performance bonuses in addition to base pay is possible after training period.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of working with drywall installation or repairs required
Experience with managing construction, carpentry, or home repair crews is a big plus
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Fluent in English
