Experienced apartment leasing manager needed for Centerpoint Apartments. We are a 461 unit apartment community in far North Dallas. We are not a management company. We have built and managed these apartments since 1985. Please don’t apply if you do not have any experience being an apartment leasing manager. ,. At least three years experience is required in this field. you must know all the ins and outs of the apartment, business and be (great at sales and leasing apartments ),an exceptional Leasing Agent/manager/marketer/organizer/leader/ reliable /dependable and self motivated. you must also know the apartment computer program one site. This is a long-term position and very stable. The manager at this property has been with us for 30 years and the assistant has been there 18 years. One of the Leasing Agents has been there for 15 years. So we are looking for people who are not job hoppers and actually want to have a great career for many years to come. You will be required to make sure that all move-in apartments are ready and look perfect for new residents to move into.
