We are a DFW-based roofing company looking for responsible individuals to join our crew.
Job Details:
Seeking field technicians/installers to perform roof tune-ups and apply cleaning and/or roof rejuvenation products to residential and commercial roofing.
No experience necessary, will train the right individual!
Training, tools, and equipment provided.
No selling, as the jobs have already been secured.
This is a 1099 position (contract status)
Requirements:
Ability to pass a background check
Remain drug-free always and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
You must be comfortable with heights, including climbing ladders and walking roofs with the proper training and safety equipment.
Physical ability to work outside while performing the job, including bending, lifting, and carrying job-related equipment.
Must have a valid driver’s license and truck with hitch for towing 10’ enclosed trailer (trailer provided).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship, documenting your work via phone app with digital pictures (app provided).
Maintain and clean all the equipment used on the job.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and clients regarding project progress and/or results.
Compensation:
$40-55/hr. + mileage allowance
