Job Summary: We seek a seasoned Foreman to manage and execute concrete resurfacing projects. This role is pivotal in leading a team to achieve high-quality results, ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner, within budget, and to our exacting standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee work crews and talk to customers
Will be doing a lot of driving through out the DFW area
Ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction
Operate and maintain vehicle
Schedule and coordinate work schedule
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of construction is a big plus but not necessary
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license (a must)
Bilingual preferred but no necessary
Willing to help crews with work, hands on

Salary Starting at $900 - $1000 weekly (depending on experience)
Major Holidays paid
