Exact Staff is seeking a dedicated and hard-working Furniture Mover to join our team in Cedar Hill, TX. This position involves working in a warehouse environment where furniture is stored, with a primary focus on moving and loading couches, some weighing up to 400 pounds.
Location: Cedar Hill, TX
Days: Friday, Monday, and Tuesday
Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (end time may extend depending on workload)
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
Pulling and preparing furniture for loading.
Using hand trucks and dollies to move heavy furniture.
Loading furniture onto trucks for delivery.
Requirements:
Must be capable of performing labor-intensive tasks for extended periods.
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy furniture up to 400 pounds.
Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (hot in summer, cold in winter).
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Physical Demands:
This job is physically demanding, requiring you to work in varying temperatures. You must be able to perform repetitive tasks involving heavy lifting, bending, and moving for the duration of your shift.
